  5. I have problems ordering from Timberland USA. No matter what I do, they reject my transactions. And they don't cancel my order right away. They tell me about it several days later, so I can't even repeat my order using assisted purchases, because many items would be sold out and coupon would expire. The only solution I have found is to buy from Amazon Marketplace, however Timberland coupons don't work there.

  8. I don't work for Shipito, I'm just a regular customer. Please go to Shipito web-site and contact them to find out.

  9. Shipito requests all its customers to validate their accounts by providing 2 IDs and other documents. And you may contact Shipito notifying about fraudulent transactions, so that they can send packages back to you. Shipito is safer than many freight forwarders not offering account validation, but of course there is no 100% guarantee scammers won't use Shipito.

So you can send a cell phone to an FPO address only if you remove its battery. It can be removed by a seller or by Shipito (for a fee). But please note that batteries from some cell phones (for example, iPhones) can't be removed.

  15. Actually you can ship lithium batteries to APO and FPO addresses using Fedex or DHL. But both allow to ship to specific locations like a specific battalion at Bagram Air Base. So you need to use the name of the base, city, country, additional identifying information such as building number or barracks number, a contact name and phone number, and if possible, an email address instead of APO/FPO addresses. Also note that FedEx accepts consumer electronics containing lithium batteries of less than 100 watts for shipment overseas
