Their price for USPS is much higher than the price of Shipito. A package of 20 pounds USPS Priority for Brazil is $47 cheaper when delivering via Shipito. And MyUS doesn't have Air Mail.

ReplyDeleteWhat is their biggest mistake (except for anti-ethic measures like this) is that their business isn't transparent.
They calculate your shipping cost with a lot of hidden fees. They tell their clients they don´t charge a fee per package, but their rates are at least US$ 20,00 more expensive than shipitos, every package (even on small ones). Of course they are charging more on allegedly shipping companies fees.
MyUS's problem is they open my box without any authorization from me, count the stock quantity, then calculate the total custom value based on the price tag marked on the products, the real retail price, it is crazy!!!
ReplyDeleteThen I told them it will have custom duty problem if they put the actual retail price on the papaerwork, and they require a formal invoice sent to them in order to prove the value of that box, they modified the custom value after submitting invoice.
I never thought any forwarder would work like that. You cannot open your customer's box and count the stock without authorization!
This promotion is very unethical. I wonder what kind of results MyUS was planning to get considering this as well as reviews from their customers.
ReplyDeleteBoth Shipito and MyUS are losing customers, because they fail to listen to their complains over minor issues. The win a few cents, but lose dozen or hundred times more. They don't understand how important to have loyal customers. Not only happy customers return over and over again, but also recommend services they love to more and more people for FREE!
